The original wood deck in this Payson front yard had started to rot and was too small to actually use. We designed a larger deck with Trex decking and TimberTech's aluminum IRX railing, handled the plans and permit ourselves, and built it out from start to finish.
The aluminum railing turned out to be the customer's favorite part. It's a premium upgrade homeowners notice the moment they walk out the door.

Had a great experience with Brian and Gila Home Solutions. They handled several projects on my new build and was very pleased with the outcome. They were easy to work with and communicated any issues promptly. Everything turned out great. And I plan on using them for several other projects in the future.
I can't say enough good things about this company. Their GC, Noah, and the entire team were outstanding while building my new Trex deck in Pine. From start to finish, it was a great experience. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, punctual, and even came in below budget. The communication was clear, and the project moved efficiently without sacrificing quality. This company has a strong team lead and crew who truly know how to execute with precision. The workmanship and materials are top-notch, built to last. I'm confident I'll be enjoying my new deck in Pine for many years to come.
